Workforce Matters launched the Fund for Workforce Equity in 2022 in order to provide support to workforce organizations interested in centering the voices of workers and learners of color in their programmatic and/or organizational activities. As we reflect on the fund’s launch and implementation, we are interested in learning more about our field partners’ experiences with the fund and with Workforce Matters overall. Whether or not you applied to the Fund for Workforce Equity, we invite you to complete our brief Workforce Matters Field Partner Survey by November 17, 2023.
