We hear you! Workforce Matters members have told us they want more opportunities to learn from and with each other on various topics and strategies related to workforce grantmaking. So, this fall, we’ve redesigned our Learning Lab series to address this interest, and we’re excited to launch our new “Peer Learning Strategy Sessions”. These sessions are designed as topic-specific, one-time conversations where workforce grantmakers interested in a particular topic can come to learn from their peers, brainstorm, ask questions and share resources. These one-hour funder-only sessions offer the opportunity for networking, learning and community building. Register below to learn more and join one of four upcoming sessions.
- October 6, 12-1 pm ET - Higher Education and Workforce Opportunities for Justice-Impacted Individuals
- October 20, 12-1 pm ET - What's Needed to Support Skills-Based Hiring?
- November 1, 12- 1 pm ET - Re-Imagining a Worker-Centered Workforce System
- November 15, 1-2 pm ET - Corporate Funder Strategy Session - Aligning CSR and HR Priorities
*Please note that participation in the Peer Learning Strategy Sessions is limited to workforce grantmakers who work for a qualifying philanthropy. Please contact us with any questions.
