Workforce Matters is launching Round 2 of the Fund for Workforce Equity, a pooled fund that aims to center workers and learners of color in workforce policy and program design and implementation.
In this round of funding, we anticipate awarding up to seven two-year grants of $100,000 each to organizations working to center the voices of workers and learners in designing, developing, and implementing workforce programs and policies. Interested applicants can apply for funding through the JustFund platform starting August 19, 2024 through September 16, 2024. All applicants will need to create an account and organizational profile with JustFund in order to apply.
